Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Forensic Violinist program offered by Melbourne Violin Academy, you agree to the following terms:

Program Delivery: All sessions are conducted online via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.

Scheduling: Students are responsible for booking their sessions within the validity period. Unused sessions do not roll over.

No Rescheduling: Due to the nature of reserved one-on-one time, rescheduling is not available.

Non-Refundable: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or change of mind.

Validity: All packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Student Responsibility: Students are expected to attend on time, be prepared, and participate fully in order to benefit from the mentorship.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
